What makes Submittal Exchange better than my office emailing shop drawings?

Submittal Exchange offers significant additional benefits. Emailing submittals is risky; file sizes are limited, emails can get lost, projects can get delayed, and there is no clear way to indicate which copy of a file is the final, approved version.

What is the cost?

Submittal Exchange is billed on a per project basis and the total averages out to less than the traditional method of shop drawing handling. Click here to request a quote.

Or, the contractor or architect can purchase it and charge it back to the owner as a reimbursable or include it in the contract amount.

How do I obtain electronic copies of submittals?

Most submittals are available electronically from the manufacturer or subcontractor. In addition, Submittal Exchange partners with local reprographic companies to provide scanning services at no extra cost.
